Advisors are here to help you with any academic or professional questions, concerns, and anxieties you might have. Or, if you need to speak to someone about immigration, university policies, or cultural adjustments, our advisors are available. 

Zoom Appointments

The University of Denver has migrated ISSS to a new appointment scheduling system. All advising appointments must now be made using the DU Success Hub.

1. Once logged into this system, go to the Appointments tab and click the Schedule Appointments button.
2. Under the Success Team, choose International Student and Scholar Services Advisor.
3. In the Advisor dropdown, we recommend selecting Show me all available time slots instead of choosing a specific ISSS advisor to see the largest number of appointment options.
4. The topic will be ISSS Advising (20 minutes).
5. Click Check Availability button. 
6. Once you schedule the appointment, you will receive an email confirmation to your DU email address with the ISSS advisor's Zoom link for your upcoming meeting.

Walk-in Hours in Community Commons - No Appointment Needed

Walk-in advising which does not require an appointment is available in the Community Commons Suite 3100 (2055 E Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80210).     Map

Walk-in hours are Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1pm to 3pm.

Please note that we do not hold walk-in advising hours at the I-House. For walk-in advising, you must report to the Community Commons Suite 3100.

ISSS Portal

Most requests for updates to your immigration record and immigration documents can be made electronically through the ISSS Portal. Once logged in, go to the Control Center tab (far right side) then click on the appropriate request.

J-1 & H-1B Scholars/Employees

Please email ISSS to request an appointment with an advisor.
